The role

We are looking for a People & Capability Advisor, up to 30 hours a week ideally over 5 days, who is a team player and will bring their HR experience and energy contributing to our organisation. Working in the People & Capability team our work extends across Horizons' geography where you will be involved in delivering HR services and initiatives throughout the region providing People & Capability services and advice to managers and staff in order to maintain effective employment relationships and a positive culture.

About you 

As the People & Capability Advisor you will be an experienced generalist with varied expertise across Human Resource functions including ER and Organisational Development.  You will champion the continued development of the trust and integrity of our services where your people skills will contribute to Horizon’s culture and service delivery standards. 

You will be an active member of HRNZ and interested in your own professional development in the sector.
