About the role:
Radius Care has over 1800 employee's that are paid each fortnight. It’s fast paced, it’s complex, and it’s a role that will give you the opportunity to grow into a payroll guru. We pay half of our employee each week so there isn’t a lot of down time. The role is about paying our people, on time and accurately. You will be the contact for staff queries about their pay and their holidays. At times you will be required to support and guide our managers to make sure that they are paying people correctly. You will be a key part of the Payroll team who process and check the payroll each week, add new starters to the payroll, process leave payments and ensure that ACC and taxes are accounted for.
