Mō te tūraka mahi | About the role 

This diverse, fast-paced role is central to our business services operation in providing support to the Payroll Lead in payroll processing and payroll administration services. 

As a Payroll Administrator you will:

· Support the delivery of the fortnightly payroll service

· Provide payroll associated administration including updating the database 

· Report on payroll activities on a regular basis  

· Effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

· Demonstrate high levels of integrity and confidentiality

To be successful in this role you will be: 

· tech savvy and up to date with emerging trends

· a proficient user of financial computer systems in particular MS Office products. 

· experienced in payroll administration and an understanding of processing of a pay function 

· accurate while working under pressure and to deadlines maintaining strong attention to detail

· self-motivated with exceptional communication skills

· passionate about delivering exceptional service through payroll application and customer service

· systems and processing orientated with an eye for continual improvements and your customer service levels will be impeccable.

· discreet, confidential and use your extraordinary time management skills 

It would be an advantage if you have demonstrable payroll processing and maintenance in a large organisation and experience used MYOB/PayGlobal

A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable, however anyone with equivalent experience is encouraged to apply.
