Payroll Administration

Reporting to the the Payroll Team Leader, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing superior high quality administrative and management support services. 

You will also:

  • Provide comprehensive administration services in the payroll area
  • Assist the Team Leader and process timesheet data in relevant databases
  • Provide assistance with general office administration and operation duties of VisionWest

Skills and Experience:

  • NCEA Level 3
  • Competency in Excel
  • Strong client/service/quality orientation
  • Attention to detail 
  • Effective & demonstrable problem-solving skills as well as being an analytical thinker


  • Further your Payroll Administration experience within a large organization
