Our Payment Services team is a pivotal function within FMG and requires effective management of all credit control processes. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the Payment Services inbox and the day to day payment and credit control administration tasks and processes. You'll be responsible for responding to clients queries regarding their insurance premium and offering payment solutions, while continuing to provide excellent customer service internally and externally.
We're looking for someone who is strong and effective written communicator with previous customer services and administration experience, which will be a definite advantage as is your ability to follow processes, meet deadlines and your strong attention to detail. We will commit to providing you with on the job training and support to ensure you are successful in your role.
