Parts Sales and Support Person

Based at their National Headquarters in Palmerston North, Toyota New Zealand currently have a vacancy for a Direct Parts Sales and Support person within their Parts Sales department.
This full-time role will see you primarily responsible for quoting parts and accessories to repairers and insurance companies across the country along with offering sales support as needed.
Our ideal person will be the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to work both quickly and accurately. You will be using multiple applications so strong computer skills are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Online parts and accessory quoting for Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu vehicles
- Providing quotes for and resolving queries for stores, repairers and insurance agencies
- Sourcing parts from Japan or other markets and communicating the estimated time of arrival
- Quoting estimated freight costs
- Updating customer information in Toyota New Zealand's systems

- Computer savvy and able to pick up in-house computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
