About the Role
We're on the hunt for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Manager to lead the charge at our Ingham Ford dealership in Taupō.
You’ll manage a motivated and dynamic team, ensuring the Parts Department runs smoothly and efficiently. From inventory control to hitting sales targets, you’ll be central to maintaining operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage all aspects of the Parts Department
- Meet procurement, sales, and profit targets
- Ensure high parts availability and top-tier customer service
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- Lead, train, and support the parts team to perform at their best
- Oversee logistics, compliance, and continuous process improvements
- Represent and promote the Ingham brand and products
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction strategies
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Significant experience in retail automotive parts operations
- Proven leadership in a parts or service environment
- Strong understanding of the trade and retail parts market
- Ability to manage a fast-paced operation
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving approach
- Currently living in New Zealand and with a valid work visa
- Strong organisational and systems capabilities
