About the Role

  • As Parts Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our parts department, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • You’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading and developing a small, high-performing team 
  • Managing inventory, stock control, and ordering 
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships 
  • Supporting the service department to keep the workshop running at full pace 
  • Driving performance, profitability, and continuous improvement 
  • Delivering exceptional internal and external customer service 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in automotive parts (leadership experience preferred) 
  • Strong organisational and inventory management skills 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset 
  • Confidence leading a team and driving performance 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Full NZ Driver’s Licence 
  • NZ Residency
