Parts Consultant- Auckland

Our Parts Team are looking for a senior parts professional with a passion for the automotive industry. As a senior Parts Consultant you will work within a team of other parts professionals and be responsible:
• Supporting our wide customer base with their requirements
• Procuring parts for customers and workshop
• Participating in stock takes
• Managing allocated key customer accounts
• Managing internal customers sales and enquiries
• Providing support and training to more junior staff

Our ideal candidate will have proven retail sales experience with a good understanding of selling, as well as a strong customer service ethic and focus. You will have knowledge of the automotive industry AND a passion for trucks would be great too!.
You will ideally have at least 3-4 years of retail parts sales experience, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. We are open to considering applicants who are in a current Parts Assistant role and are looking for the next career step, or someone who has previously worked as a Parts Assistant.

This is a Monday to Friday role with a requirement for participation in a Saturday morning and on call roster.
