A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team to help further enhance our customer experience.
This position will be Monday to Friday and will include rostered Saturdays.
Your main duties will include:
- Handling customer requests and enquiry
- Upselling of products and generating business
- Ensuring quality customer service and satisfaction
- Ordering & selling parts
- Costing and completion of invoices
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar parts role within the automotive industry
- Customer focused with confident communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Good organisation & time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Sociable team player with energy and motivational skills
