About the role
As a part time Consultant, every day is different, with a variety of responsibilities ranging from cashiering and selling financial services products to dealing with customer’s transactions and day-to-day enquiries on savings, insurance, and personal lending and overdrafts. You’ll thrive on providing exceptional customer service, and use your relationship building skills to develop a strong referral network within your community. This is a Fixed Term role for 18 months, with the hours of work 19 per week across Monday to Friday.Because The Co-operative Bank is owned by our customers, everything we do, every day, is for their benefit.
