The Community Experience and Services Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our team as a Parks and Property Business Support. Reporting to the Parks and Property Manager and working closely with operational teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of parks and property services across the district.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of a busy and dynamic team. The role focuses on providing high-quality coordination, administration, and business support, ensuring work programmes are well managed, customer requests are responded to in a timely way, and processes are continuously improved.
You will act as a central point of coordination for team workflows, helping maintain visibility of priorities and deadlines while supporting reporting, financial processes, and CRM management. The role also has a strong focus on identifying trends, improving systems and processes, and contributing to business improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer outcomes.
Balancing strong administrative capability with problem-solving and relationship management, this role is critical in connecting day-to-day operational delivery with effective business practices that enable the team to meet its priorities and community expectations.
