As a valued member of the People & Culture team, the Organisational Development Consultant supports the delivery and embedding of organisational development initiatives that build engagement and performance at FMG.

Working with guidance from the Organisational Development Lead, this role partners with leaders and teams to deliver agreed OD programmes, provide specialist advice, and support the consistent use of FMG’s people and capability frameworks. The role contributes insights and best‑practice thinking to enterprise‑wide strategy and system stewardship.  

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in –

  • Delivering organisational development initiatives across areas such as engagement, leadership, performance and/or Inclusion, Diversity & Equity.
  • Supporting the implementation and consistent use of established people and capability frameworks.
  • Facilitating workshops, learning sessions or team activities to support development and change.
  • Coordinating delivery activity with internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Applying organisational development principles and tools in a practical, delivery‑focused way while managing multiple priorities.
  • influencing and building strong, meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
