Toi Ohomai is seeking a collaborative and creative Organisational Development Advisor to join our People, Culture and Wellbeing team.
Following internal change, this newly created position supports and delivers OD activity that strengthens organisational capability to enable long-term organisational success.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with leaders, kaimahi, and internal partners, supporting capability uplift, equitable, inclusive and bicultural practice, and effective development activity accross Toi Ohomai.

People, Culture and Wellbeing directorate is a key enabling function for Toi Ohomai. The directorate leads the development of people strategies, systems, and practices that enhance organisational performance and support an inclusive, high performing, and future ready workforce.
People, Culture and Wellbeing bring together strategic and operational human resources, organisational development, payroll, and safety functions. Through a strong continuous improvement approach, the directorate delivers evidence informed and evolving people initiatives aligned to the strategic objectives of Toi Ohomai.
