About the Role:

As a Home Healthcare Operations Support Assistant is responsible for the planning and coordination of a range of Home HealthCare initiatives and projects as directed by the National General Manager to enhance the efficiency & effectiveness of the business and ensure a high standard of quality is achieved in the delivery of Home HealthCare services to clients.   This role contributes to the outcomes for the Home Healthcare team, by working collaboratively, contributing to process and workflow improvements and capacity building.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the National General Manager Home HealthCare and Senior Management Team in the scheduling, agenda preparation, and coordination of the Senior Management Team meetings e.g. Monthly Senior Management Team meetings.
  • Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.  
  • Complete reports as required, providing information for auditing purposes when needed. 
  • Promptly report any accidents, incidents, near misses or hazards. 
  • Manage confidential   information in an appropriate way to ensure it remains confidential.
  • PPE management, managing joint inboxes and distributing communications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience and/or qualification relevant to the Home Healthcare sector.
  • Experience/knowledge of social service delivery and Contract/Funder requirements.
  • Experience in project administration or management.
  • Experience in collecting, interpreting and reporting on data and outcomes.
  • Database experience.
  • Systems design and management experience.
