📍 Join Our Team – Operations Administrator | Waikato

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Operations Administrator to support our busy Waikato operations. This is your chance to join a dedicated team that plays a key role in keeping the wheels turning on daily maintenance, major industrial shutdowns, and everything in between. We are a locally owned and operated business, with a long 35+yr history in the Waikato

🔧 What You’ll Do:

· Oversee and correct if required timesheet information and payroll data – accurate, daily, on point.

· Keep the invoicing and job cost and management machine humming for Waikato.

· Provide top-notch admin support across projects and shutdowns.

· Chase relevant job info, record plant use, and liaise with clients for approvals and PO's.

· Assist with job costing, credit applications, and more.

· Be our first point of contact for staff on and off-site and help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

· Coordinate booking of training and work site specific inductions.

🧠 You’ll Need:

· 3-5 yrs in an Administration role with construction or industrial maintenance

· Full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence

· Excellent computer and data entry skills

· Laser focus on detail and accuracy

· Solid experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Experience in MYOB or GreenTree software advantageous 

· Can do attitude that is happy to be part of an all in this together team

· While the role requires a high level of independence and self-motivation, you'll also be an integral part of the wider team and expected to collaborate when needed.
