About the role I Mō te Tūranga 

Play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional presence in our Wellington office, ensuring members, visitors, and staff experience the very best of the IoD from the moment they walk through the door.

As our Office and Finance Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our day‑to‑day operations. You’ll keep the office running smoothly, provide warm and attentive front‑of‑house service, and deliver responsive support to members and colleagues across the organisation. 

You'll also play a vital part in processing our suppliers invoices to ensure they are paid correctly and on time, and assist with essential finance tasks to support a secure and well run organisation.

You take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to members, suppliers, and staff, while ensuring financial processes are handled with accuracy and integrity.

You love being the person people can rely on, someone who notices the details, keeps things running smoothly, and stays composed even when juggling competing priorities. With strong administrative, coordination, and finance-processing skills, you ensure tasks are completed accurately, meeting rooms are prepared, supplies are stocked, enquiries are handled promptly, and accounts payable is processed on time and to a high standard.
