Comag is an iconic and well-established Matamata business offering a wide range of Plumbing, Drainlaying, Gas fitting and Roofing services to both commercial and residential clients.

We are currently looking to fill the key position of Office Manager for a fixed term of 9 months to cover for maternity leave. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this varied and interesting position has direct responsibility for all processes involved in the completion of accounts through to trial balance stage and will work closely with key external parties including accountant and insurance companies. All IRD filings (GST, PAYE), HR and payroll are also key requirements of this role.

Additionally, this role has overall responsibility for Xero and the Simpro software systems and the smooth operation of the administration team. This includes accounts payable and receivable, stock management and supplier communications.
