The GPS-it Group and Landkind is an agricultural software company based in Tauranga. We provide primary industries across New Zealand with precision land mapping services and agricultural software including customised maps and GIS solutions. We work closely with key organisations across New Zealand’s horticulture and agriculture industry to help them solve complex issues with environmental sustainability and operations management. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join the team on a 9-month fixed term basis to cover parental leave. We’re open to full-time or part-time hours depending on the preference of the successful candidate.

Our Office Administrator position is a key component of the inner workings of our organisation and as part of a team of two administrators, involves a range of tasks that help keep the wheels turning. 

Key responsibilities include:

· Sales processing

· Job scheduling

· Data entry

· Ordering and managing supplies

· Inbound/outbound client communication

· Organisation of meetings, recording of minutes/actions.

· Management and administration of the vehicle fleet.

ABOUT YOU

The role would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to return to the workforce as we’re able to be flexible with working hours, so if you have school aged children and want to get back into work, then this role is for you.

You’ll also have the following skills and experience:

· The ability to multi-task and manage workloads efficiently and in a timely manner.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· A friendly attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. 

· Confident computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

· Experience with Hubspot would be a bonus.
