Zealandia Te Māra a Tāne are seeking a fixed term Office Administrator to join the People, Capability & Culture team for 15 hours per week. We are looking for someone special to join us from 13th October 2026 till 26th November 2027 to cover a team member who has been seconded to a different role within the organisation. 

The Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting staff by providing welcoming, efficient administrative support that reflects Zealandia’s values. This varied role requires strong organisation and attention to detail to maintain key systems and records, managing uniforms and supplies, and helping to coordinate activities across the organisation. As with all Zealandia staff, the role also upholds Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, promotes health and safety, and supports sanctuary biosecurity.
