Hydraulink & Metal Technologies Tauranga Ltd is a locally owned and operated hydraulics company encompassing an engineering company and mobile technicians under the same operations umbrella. As part of a nationwide franchise, we take great pride in our products, people, and client relationships.

We seek a versatile Office Administrator to join our team at the Mount Maunganui office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data entry and basic administration duties. We use Infusion Accounting/Management Software, and training will be provided to the successful applicant if needed.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Data entry for customer and supplier invoices and stock entry
  • Quoting
  • Supplier stock orders/procurement as required
  • Answering calls and directing queries to the appropriate person
  • Front counter sales and inquiries support
  • Stock auditing and updating
  • Assisting with stocktakes
  • Assisting stockroom and customer service staff
  • Covering other administrative tasks as necessary during staff leave or absences
