The Role

Position: 20 hours, 3 days per week. Weekend work on rotation may be required.

Location: At our lovely clinic in Remuera/Greenlane, right off the motorway.

Key responsibilities 

In this role, you’ll be a valued member of our nursing team, taking on key tasks that free up our Registered Nurses to focus more closely on patient care. You’ll provide essential administrative support, making sure that information is handled smoothly, processes run efficiently, and confidentiality is always maintained. By keeping things organised and running behind the scenes, you’ll play an important part in helping us deliver the best possible care to our patients. 

Ideal candidate, skills and experience

We’re looking for someone who is not only confident working alongside medical professionals and supporting patients in a women’s health setting, but also comfortable with technology and detailed administrative work.Energetic and highly motivated to learn and complete tasks

You will bring:

  • Sensitivity to patient needs and a genuine desire to help others
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong motivation to learn and complete tasks
  • The ability to use initiative while also following direction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, compassionate manner
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a busy healthcare environment while staying calm      under pressure
  • Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable with computers and motivated to learn new 
  • A collaborative approach and enjoyment of team-based work
