Nightshift Administrator - Hobsonville
Bidfood Auckland North have an exciting opportunity available for a Nightshift Administrator to join our warehouse operations team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse and WMS experience who enjoys supporting operational efficiency and working closely with the nightshift team. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of scan compliance, picking accuracy, stock integrity, and overall warehouse performance. This position requires individuals to be physically fit, as it involves frequent heavy lifting of up to 25kg.
Hours of work:
Sunday – Thursday, 7:00pm – 3:30am
Plus 1 in 2 Fridays as rostered
Key aspects of the role:
- Support and oversee WMS processes including Real-Time and Multi Pick
- Monitor scan compliance, data accuracy, and system usage
- Provide training and support to team members on WMS processes and best practice
- Assist with stock control investigations and operational problem-solving
- Support picking, packing, dispatch, and loading accuracy
- Maintain strong communication with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture

Skills & Experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous warehouse and WMS experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence supporting and training team members
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and food handling requirements
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
- Be physically fit
