- Stage One: Develop a broad understanding of Niagara operations; from milling processes to scheduling, processing, and dispatch.
- Stage Two: Tailored training focused on your interests, skills, and performance across three special interest departments.
- Stage Three: Work with management and HR to develop a personalised career progression plan.
