The Niagara cadetship program offers:

  • Training across all departments
  • On-going support, and regular check in’s.
  • All training costs covered by Niagara – (Cadetship includes gaining a NZQA qualification in wood manufacturing)
  • Excellent remuneration, with overtime rates and opportunities.

This opportunity is best suited for school leavers, career starters, or those seeking a change. Only applicants with a current driver's license and their own reliable transportation will be considered.

The Cadetship programme is divided into three stages, stage one focuses on building a comprehensive understanding of Niagara operations from milling processes, production scheduling and processing, to dispatch. Stage two is tailored training based on the individual cadet's interests, skills, and performance. Stage three includes the potential to personalise a career progression plan in collaboration with management and HR.

This unique programme provides a pathway to grow professionally with the support of in house and external resources.
