What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in vehicle sales (2+ years experience preferred and ideally new vehicles at a Franchise dealership).
- A passion for building long-term customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- A strong team player with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Organisational skills to manage sales processes efficiently.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and stay up to date with new vehicle models and accessories.
- Tech-savvy and confident using computers and sales platforms.
- Availability to work weekends and rostered shifts.
What Your Role Involves:
- Engaging with customers and guiding them through their vehicle purchase journey.
- Managing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Providing expert knowledge on our latest Toyota models and accessories.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating order statuses efficiently.
- Championing Albany Toyota’s values and commitment to exceptional service.
- Participating in our Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure a safe workplace.
