Are you a dynamic multitasker with passion for Trucks? Join our vibrant New Truck Processing team at our Wiri branch as a New Truck Processing Team Leader. In this pivotal operational role, you will lead a small team of Groomer/Drivers and report directly to the New Truck Processing Manager. We are seeking a conscientious individual with proven experience in a deadline-driven environment, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong organisational ability. Experience within the Heavy Automotive industry is desirable.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in:
- Problem-solving and organisational expertise
- Interpersonal and communication skills for effective team leadership
- Customer service, communication, and time management abilities
- Have an eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
- Be punctual, reliable and self-motivated to meet deadlines
- Minimum Class 4 Licence.
- Computer Literacy
