About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to join our nationwide team, to maintain and improve our quality initiatives. Join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring our services exceed expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence. 

The successful candidate can be based in either or Auckland or Christchurch office. 

Primary Objectives for the Quality Manager are to implement, maintain and monitor company systems and process on project sites, provide support to the Project Lead (Project Director/Manager) and the Project Team to meet contract/project requirements, internal requirements and goals. Providing professional advice to the team when required.  

Key Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
  • Experience in implementing digital quality management solutions e.g. Visibuild, ConQA or similar. 
  • Proficient in the use of document management systems e.g. Aconex/Procore.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and standards, construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications and relevant technical data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

Formal Qualifications and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in quality management or a related field is desirable
