We are seeking a manager in our Business and Property Finance team that will be excited and enthusiastic to join TSB to meet our ambition of becoming the easiest bank to deal with.

About the Role

You will be joining an ambitious and collaborative team. The role is critical to delivering TSBs Property Finance strategy and will be accountable for successfully developing the Commercial and Property Finance team to be high performing and overseeing the relationship management function for TSB.

Who are you?

You will have a high level of commercial acumen with a strong understanding of loan processes, retention of specialist clients and the ability to deliver complex solutions. 

You will lead TSB’s Commercial and Property Finance team, providing feedback, coaching, training and day-to-day leadership.

These will enable you to meet the key focus for this position of leadership, customer service, balance sheet growth, profitability, productivity, credit quality and Risk.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Enable a high-performing team of Commercial and Property Finance Managers and support team members.
  • Lead across the Bank to enhance the Banks product offerings to the Property market.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements, change, and compliance matters that impact the Property Finance Team are implemented and managed.

To be successful, you’ll also need: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading a high-performing team in Commercial Property Finance 
  • An industry related degree or significant hands-on role specific experience.
  • New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level New 5 is preferred.
