Our customers range from armed forces, hospitals and aged care facilities through to large hotel groups, fine dining and quick service restaurants. They  come to us for their frozen, chilled, dry, packaging, fresh produce and alcohol needs.

Join our National Accounts team in Ellerslie, and you will:

  • Take charge of the day-to-day needs of some of our largest national customers, ensuring their requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle pricing maintenance to support accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Act as a central point of contact for customer and branch queries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with our branches and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of stock.
  • Manage MyBidfood (our customer app) customer setups and maintenance to ensure accurate, up to date customer information.
  • Prepare reports and manage rebate programs to support business insights.
