About the Role

Are you a commercially strong, relationship‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced B2B environment? We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our high‑performing National Accounts team and help us deliver the best foodservice experience in New Zealand.

As a National Account Manager, you will lead strategic relationships with some of the country’s most influential foodservice customers. You will act as the central link between customers, suppliers, regional teams, and our national network—ensuring exceptional service, commercial value, and operational excellence every day. 

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems, building strong partnerships, and driving commercial growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and growing -national customer relationships as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Leading proposals - negotiations, business reviews, and long‑term commercial planning.
  • Coordinating national - tenders, menu roll outs, product transitions, and supply‑chain alignment.
  • Ensuring exceptional - service delivery across every region—every customer, every site.
  • Analysing category - performance, pricing, margin, trends, and joint business plans.
  • Working cross‑functionally - with operations, logistics, procurement, marketing, and category teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B or food-service account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skill, and analytical capability.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • A proactive mind-set with exceptional problem‑solving and planning ability.
  • Confidence managing complex, multi‑site national customers with high service expectations.
  • Strong Excel/CRM capability and comfort working with data.
