Support Workers come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, but all have one thing in common - the desire to enable others to develop resilience and move forward with their recovery. - Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust
