Mercedes-Benz Auckland is looking for a Vehicle Sales Consultant who loves the chase, thrives on relationships, and wants to be paid properly for results. You'll sell across the full Mercedes-Benz passenger and AMG range, new and used, from a premium showroom with an experienced team behind you.

This is a full-time role with rostered weekends.

What You'll Do

• Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz and AMG vehicles to clients who expect the best.
• Own the full journey from first enquiry to handover, and make every step feel premium.
• Build a client book that delivers referrals and repeat business year after year.
• Work your leads and database through our CRM so no opportunity slips through.
• Keep stock and displays looking immaculate.
• Hit your monthly targets, then beat them.

What You'll Bring

• A strong sales track record, ideally in luxury retail, high-value goods, or automotive.
• New vehicle sales experience in a franchise dealership is a plus.
• Experience in an agency sales model is a bonus.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a big advantage with our client base.
• A customer-first mindset and the confidence to build rapport with anyone.
• Self-motivation and a genuine drive to be the top performer in the room.
• Polished presentation and pride in representing one of the world's most iconic brands.
• A valid NZ driver's licence and current legal right to work in New Zealand.
