MASH Trust is a leading provider of support services for people with disabilities, mental health conditions, alcohol and addiction struggles, and in youth respite care. We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.
MASH Operates throughout the lower North Island in Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay, and Whanganui with over 550 staff and volunteers.

The Position - This is a 56 hours per fortnight position
Week 1 - Wednesday and Thursday working 10:50pm - 7am the following day.
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday working 10:50pm - 7am the following day.

You will have/be:.
- A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind
- The ability to understand, communicate and connect with people
- Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach
- Energy, enthusiasm and enjoy being part of a team
- Assisting with personal cares when required
- Full NZ Driver Licence as part of your role will be driving a MASH van
- Minimum 12 months sector experience is essential
- A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or commitment to working towards a qualification funded by MASH Trust
