MASH Trust support people in their own homes, within MASH home and in the community. We operate throughout the lower North Island, in Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Manawatu and Hawkes Bay regions.

The Position: This is a full time Pool Position of 80 Hours per fortnight on a rotating roster.
Weekend availability is essential
As a Mental Health Support Worker working for MASH Trust, you will be joining a highly skilled and dedicated team supporting clients to maintain a high quality of life, within a quality home environment, and encouraging full participation in all aspects of community daily life to maximise independence.
To be Successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience working within the mental Health, Disability or Aged care Sector or a lived experience.
- A relevant qualification is preferable but not necessary.
- Hold a current full New Zealand drivers licence as you will be required to drive a van as part of your day to day job
- The ability to take pride in a healthy home environment – including assisting with cleaning, meal preparation and shopping.
- A caring and Kind in nature with integrity that can provide support to those from all walks of life.
- Current eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Strong communication skills
- Cooking skills and be able to follow a recipe
