Play a key role in providing an exceptional membership experience that helps shape the future of governance.
We’re looking for a Membership Advisor – Chartered Membership Pathway (CMP) to join our Membership team and deliver a seamless and supportive experience for our members through the Chartered Membership Pathway journey.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience -providing warm, professional support, guiding members through the Chartered Membership Pathway, and helping candidates succeed in their assessments. You’ll also keep our systems and processes running smoothly, ensuring records are accurate and insights are captured to support better outcomes for our members.

You bring a track record of excellent customer service in a professional environment, with strong written and oral communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You’re comfortable engaging with senior leaders, naturally organised and thrive juggling competing priorities. You’ll be a team player, but also someone who takes initiative, works independently, and holds yourself to high standards. Strong digital skills are essential, along with a positive and proactive mindset.
Experience in a membership organisation would be a plus (but not essential).
