Why choose Fertility Associates?

A fertility journey is life-changing — and patients never forget how they were treated along the way. At Fertility Associates, we make that journey as positive as possible, with empathy, kindness, and genuine care. Our work is more than a job — it’s about making a real difference in people’s lives and sharing in the joy when dreams of becoming parents come true.

The Role

Position: Full time (40 hours/week, Monday – Friday). Weekend work on rotation may be required.

Location: At our lovely clinic in Remuera/Greenlane, right off the motorway.

Key responsibilities

This role is a patient-facing role, working predominantly at our clinic reception and supporting administration duties in the back office.

You will be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive. This is a fast-paced role, suited to someone who genuinely enjoys being busy and has an eye for detail. You’ll support our doctors and the wider team with diary management and be required to work across multiple software platforms (MediTex, Salve, Greentree). You’ll field a range of patient interactions including answering queries, taking payments, and booking appointments. Your role will also include back-office responsibilities such as general administrative tasks and answering patient phone calls.

Ideal candidate, skills and experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Caring, empathetic, and committed to giving our patients a great experience
  • Friendly, calm under pressure, and approachable
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
  • Willing to learn new systems quickly and work in a busy environment
  • A true team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and patient
  • Previous experience in a support role in healthcare would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

In return for your commitment, we offer:

  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Free on-site car parking
  • A day off for your birthday
  • A performance-based annual bonus (discretionary)
  • A slowdown period over Christmas

If this sounds like you, and you’d like to join our wonderful team providing patients with the best care, we’d love to hear from you today!

Note we will only consider candidates that have a right to work in New Zealand; holding NZ residency or a current valid work visa.  Please do not apply for the role if you are unable to fulfil this requirement.

We value the breadth of knowledge and experience a diverse workforce brings to our organisation and strive to be an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome and appreciated.  We encourage applicants from all backgrounds, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, and religion to apply.
