The Papanui Medical Centre prides ourselves on our people centred approach and we combine high quality care with modern conveniences in our new purpose built building on Papanui Road. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our amazing team.
· Well presented, friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills – both in person and on the phone
· The ability to work well under pressure, displaying a calm, professional and reassuring manner towards all our practice population at all times
· Computer literacy and competency
· Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
· Well organised with excellent time management skills
· Ability to maintain focus and prioritise in a busy work environment
· Previous experience with Medtech 32
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
· Invoicing and cash management
· GP appointment book management
· Patient enrolments & transfers
· Debt collection
· Reception and general administrative duties
This is a fulltime rostered position - Monday to Friday between 7.45 am and 7 pm with some rostered Saturday mornings. Consideration will be given to part-time candidates that have the above qualities.
