Fertility Associates is the leading provider of fertility services in New Zealand committed to Care, Responsiveness and Excellence. With over 30 years’ experience and more than 20,000 babies born through our reproductive technology, our teams provide advanced care to help patients fulfil their dreams of a family.
Join us to make a difference in the lives of others! You’ll be the first face our patients see as they move through their fertility journey. They could be feeling nervous, or vulnerable, but the warmth and calmness you exude is just what they need.
Why join us? We are conveniently located in the Ascot Business Park, just off the motorway at Greenlane, and provide you with you complimentary car parking. The role is for 1.0 FTE and we are open to a job-sharing arrangement for two people as well. So, if you enjoy the flexibility of part time hours and the exchange of skills and knowledge, while upholding an improved work/life balance, then job sharing might work for you!
You will enjoy 5 weeks annual leave and we also have a shutdown period over Christmas. Additionally, we offer a discretionary bonus scheme, and Kiwi saver. Importantly, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people.
We need an exceptional Medical Receptionist, someone who lives our values and enjoys the challenge of working calmly under pressure. Ideally you will be familiar with medical terminology and confident with managing whatever comes your way. To thrive in this role, you will:
· be truly passionate about providing quality care with a warm and friendly smile
· have a strong respect for confidentiality and professionalism
· ideally have previous experience as a medical receptionist
· enjoy getting down in the detail, and spotting inaccuracies
· be comfortable in a sole charge reception space with telephone queries and other requests
· be keen to learn and grow, taking on new tasks to support a busy team
A fertility journey is a significant experience for patients, often something they will always remember. If you’d like to be the friendly face of that patient experience, where people often become parents, please get in touch.
Due to the fact we treat vulnerable patients who are high risk for COVID-19 (pregnant women and their babies, and people undertaking cancer treatment) we continue to require all our employees have up-to date COVID vaccinations. Only candidates who have proof of vaccination will be considered for the position.
We value the breadth of knowledge and experience a diverse workforce brings to our organisation, and strive to be an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome and appreciated. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
