We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Third Party Reproduction Team, who is mature in dealing with patients/customers/clients, has a warm and friendly demeanor and whose values align with Fertility Associates. You will enjoy liaising with patients and be able to work calmly under pressure.  Ideally you will be familiar with medical terminology and an expert at managing whatever comes your way. 

Key duties in this role include but aren’t limited to:

  • · Assist in all administrative tasks for donor sperm and donor egg recruitment:
    • Work cooperatively in response to Fertility Associates marketing campaigns for donors and recipients
    • Responding to donor enquiries 
    • Scheduling & changing appointments
    • Compiling donor profiles
  • · Assisting management of donor recipients:
    • Sending information at appropriate points in process
    • Responding to recipient queries & providing progress updates
    • Monthly reviews of recipients 
    • Family linking requests 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Advanced customer relationship management skills and experience
  • MS Office and ideally experience with electronic patient information systems
  • High level of accuracy, numeracy and excellent attention to detail
  • High level of initiative, planning and organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities and working to deadlines

Sound computer skills, a positive, empathetic nature and impressionable frontline personality are essential for this role. This is a perfect role for someone wanting to be part of a dynamic team environment and help make a difference in people’s lives.

The role is for a 12-month fixed term but may become permanent. Hours will be flexible for the right person as this role has the potential to be full time or part time.
