Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

The Medical Administrator/Receptionist is based at Wintec | Te Pūkenga reporting to the Health Services Manager. 

This part-time role 25 hours (4 days a week) offers variety with supporting our clinical and counselling teams in taking the best care of our patients.

Wintec Health Services is seeking an experienced medical administrator/receptionist who is reliable, strives for perfection, and with exceptional customer service skills to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience within a health care setting (ideally Primary care, but other comparable or adjacent industry experience will be considered)
  • Experience with Medtech general practice PMS systems 
  • High standard for accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solutions focus
