MASH Trust is ready to step into the light and start telling the world our story of who we are and what we do. We are looking for a creative Marketing Lead who can support our marketing mahi across the organisation.

This role is about telling the stories of the work we do at MASH Trust, showing the impact we have in our community, and helping more people find, understand, and trust our services. It also plays a key part in promoting MASH Trust as a great place to work, helping attract people who want to be part of a team supporting others.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support our Communications Manager and teams across MASH to bring clear, engaging marketing to life.

You’ll act as the link between our service teams and our audiences, turning complex or technical information into messages and materials that connect with real people. You’ll help work out the right channel, tone, and approach to reach the right audience whether that is people who may need our services, people who refer to us, or people who might want to work with us.

This includes:

  • Creating and delivering social media activity
  • Managing and updating our website (we use Wix)
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives across services, recruitment, and organisational promotion
  • Producing on-brand visuals, copy, and marketing materials
  • Developing practical resources that support internal teams and services
  • Helping ensure language and visual style are consistent, easy to understand, and true to MASH

The focus is on delivery. You’ll be trusted to take initiative, improve how we do things, and get stuck in, while staying aligned with strategy, brand, and values.


The hours
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week with flexibility to set your own hours.


About you:
You’re creative, organised, and comfortable working hands-on. You can think for yourself, bring ideas to the table, and follow things through, without going rogue.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in a practical marketing or digital role
  • Confidence across social media, websites, and digital platforms
  • Strong writing skills and a good visual eye
  • The ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative, people-centred approach
