Christchurch Casino is rolling the dice on finding a creative, organised and digitally savvy Marketing Executive to join our energetic, close-knit Marketing team.

This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who’s ready to step up, take ownership of campaigns, and see their work shine across social, digital, in-venue and live events. If you enjoy bringing big ideas to life and working in an environment where no two days look the same — you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing

  • Bringing campaigns to life from idea to execution across digital, social, in-venue and traditional channels
  • Helping plan and deliver promotions and events that keep the Casino buzzing
  • Creating and coordinating scroll-stopping content for social media, web and customer communications
  • Working closely with designers, agencies and internal teams to keep everything on brand and on time
  • Supporting digital advertising, reporting results and fine-tuning campaigns
  • Keeping the Marketing team organised, informed and moving at pace

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator, executive or similar role
  • Strong digital and social media smarts
  • Sharp organisation skills and great attention to detail
  • Confident copywriting and communication ability
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine love of teamwork
  • A relevant marketing or communications qualification (preferred, not essential)

This is a full-time salaried role, usually Monday to Friday, with some flexibility needed around promotions and events during our busiest (and most exciting!) times.

  • You must be 20 years or older
  • You must be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident, or hold a valid NZ work visa with at least 12 months remaining
