If you're passionate about content and enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly, this could be the role for you.  

As the Marketing Content Coordinator, you’ll be right in the heart of the action. You’ll support the team to deliver exciting campaigns and content across our platforms. From helping to coordinate production schedules, and keeping our media libraries in shape, you’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly and stays on track. 


❤️ What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate timelines and production tasks 
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support campaign delivery 
  • Keep our templates and media libraries organised and easy to access 
  • Support on content delivery e.g. video production, editing, PowerPoint formatting, email and social media content  
  • Assist with event logistics and admin tasks for the team when needed 
  • Be part of a fun, supportive team that works together to make a real difference 


❤️ What You’ll Bring

  • A marketing or communications qualification or experience in a similar support role 
  • Someone who’s super organised and great at juggling multiple tasks 
  • A strong communicator who’s confident working with a variety of people 
  • A positive, can-do attitude  
  • Experience using productivity and collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, and Miro 
  • Some experience or knowledge of InDesign, Canva and Premiere Pro 
  • A full, clean driver’s licence 
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a not-for-profit or community setting
