About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Filer. This entry-level position involves filing and finishing alloy parts using a hand router to ensure smooth edges and precise finishes. The work is repetitive and requires someone who is comfortable with routine tasks and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- File and finish alloy parts using hand tools
- Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards
- Follow established processes and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work efficiently to meet production timelines

- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- No prior experience required – full training provided
