We are seeking a strategic and future-focused Manager – Marketing, Communications & International to elevate UCOL’s brand, and drive recruitment and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in positioning UCOL as a premier institution for learning.

Reporting to the Executive Director – Partnerships & Engagement, you will set strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage reputational risk, strengthen key relationships, and champion an integrated, digitally enabled marketing approach

Skills & Experience

 You will bring:

  • A relevant degree (Level 7) or equivalent professional experience.
     
  • Extensive leadership experience across marketing, communications, digital or sales—including multi-disciplinary collaboration and strong customer focus.
     
  • Demonstrated success delivering strategy, meeting business targets and managing budgets in a competitive environment.
     
  • Expertise in brand development, digital marketing and contemporary communications.
     
  • Proven commitment to embedding Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and ability to champion te reo, tikanga and mātauranga Māori in the workplace.
     
  • Experience advancing equity and supporting priority learner groups.
