As our Management Accountant, you'll provide the financial insights and analysis that help our leaders make informed decisions and ensure our services remain strong and sustainable for the people who rely on them. You'll be involved in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and continuous improvement, working closely with teams across the organisation.

Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and performance insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end processing, and financial reconciliations
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support compliance with statutory, regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements
- Assist with financial projects, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Build effective relationships with managers and leaders across the organisation to provide financial support and guidance.
Ngā pūkenga | What you will need to be successful:
- Experience in an accounting or management accounting role within a medium to large organisation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to a variety of audiences
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A relevant accounting or finance qualification
- Charted Accountant (CA) NZ registration, or progress towards CA qualification would be advantageous.
