Our ideal candidate is a commercially minded accountant who enjoys being close to the business and working alongside people at all levels. They take pride in getting the details right, while also being comfortable stepping back to interpret the numbers, challenge thinking, and help leaders make informed decisions. They will bring solid experience preparing management accounts and forecasts, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel capabilities, along with the confidence to work across accounting systems and complex data sets. A CA qualification is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered. Equally important is how they effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. They value collaboration, enjoy being part of a team, and approach everything with professionalism and respect.
