Management Accountant
If you are an experienced Management Accountant then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join Toyota New Zealand. The purpose of this role is to partner with the business to provide management reporting, analysis and support with budgeting and forecasting.
This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North and will report to our Finance Manager.
What’s involved in the role:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, reporting, analysis and commentary.
- Partnering with different areas of the business to complete corporate and divisional financial reviews.
- Completing assigned month end processes.
- Supporting department managers with budgeting and forecasting.
- Complete international reporting to Toyota Motor Corporation (Japan) and undertake management accounting control functions.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Ideally, you will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years Management Accounting experience. If you have less experience but are confident you can hit the ground running as a Management Accountant, we would still love to hear from you.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders in the business.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to large ERP systems - experience with JDE is a bonus.
