About the Job

One of the great things about this role is that you will get to use your skills, knowledge, and abilities to deal with diverse on-the-job challenges, both individually and as part of a small team. 

You will also get to play a proactive role as a professional tradesperson providing hands-on, site-based maintenance expertise to our major customers. 

It will appeal to your love of working on stuff like machinery alignments, bearings, seals, gearboxes, transmissions, pumps, valves and pipe systems.

  • Trade qualified in a mechanical engineering field such as mechatronics or similar.  
  • Have extensive hands-on maintenance experience across diverse industries.
  • Skilled in diagnostics, fault finding and making improvements to processing plant and equipment.
  • Solid exposure to working with industrial maintenance systems - both breakdown and preventative.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, equipment manuals and operating instructions.
  • Competent welder - TIG, aluminium, stainless-steel (including purge & pressure)
  • Experience working to food hygiene standards - preferable.
